Shipping policy

All items are made to order at our Rogersville, TN location and shipped via USPS. Shipping times can vary depending on the order queue; When you order your item will be made and shipped in the order received. Typically this should be within one business week, however if the order queue has grown tremendously, then this time frame may be longer.
